As medical director of our Comprehensive Breast Care Program, Dr. Taft leads the multidisciplinary team as they create custom-tailored plans for treating and surviving breast cancer. She is dedicated to working with her colleagues to provide the highest quality, compassionate care for every patient, leveraging expertise in minimally invasive surgical breast conservation and complex reconstruction techniques.
Highly trained, Dr. Taft completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Chicago’s Northwestern University School of Medicine – one of the country’s premier breast care centers – where she received one year of additional specialty training in breast cancer treatment.
L. Raúl Arroyo, MD, General and Breast Surgery
Dr. Arroyo is a board certified general surgeon, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the interim medical director of the Kristen Hoke Breast Program at Jupiter Medical Center. His clinical expertise includes General Surgery with a special emphasis on the treatment of breast diseases; he has been in practice for over 25 years.
Dr. Arroyo received his medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He served his general surgery residency training at the Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He speaks multiple languages, including Spanish and French.

Linda Frye, MD, General and Breast Surgery
Dr. Lynda Frye is a board certified radiologist with a subspecialty in breast imaging. She completed her breast imaging fellowship at UCLA in 2000. After training she settled in Southern California where she became partner in a large radiology group doing breast imaging and general radiology. In 2007 she opened her own breast imaging center, creating the business from the ground up. Four years later, after gaining much business experience, she was able to sell the practice.
Although Dr. Frye will say that it was exciting and challenging to run her own breast center, the most important thing that she values is taking care of her patients. She believes that there is no greater honor or privilege then caring for another human being.
Orna Hadar, MD, General and Breast Surgery
Dr. Hadar is a board certified radiologist with a subspecialty in breast imaging. She received her medical degree from the University of Cape Town, served her residency at New York Medical College Affiliates Hospital, and is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging. Her background includes over 15 years of experience in all apsects of breast imaging, including intervention.
